No post for nine days?

Oh come on, there must be something to talk about.

Well, if Inflight would release more of the classic 747-100s and -200s, there would be a lot more to talk about!

Gemini is starting to chase the early 747 market seriously. Who knows which manufacturer will first release my holy grails: a Pan Am second (italics) or third (wide blue stripe) scheme?

Besides Pan Am, I'd kill for Air India's 747-237 VT-EBE Emperor Shahjehan... or any early 747 in the delivery colors of El Al, Korean, Northwest, Sabena, Thai...

I'm hoping Gemini will make the Eastern 747 hockey stick, as the Inflight version is all but impossible to find. A National 747 with names (Patricia or Linda) would be most welcome.

For 2017,I wish for more Western Pacific B737-300's. Andrew dipped his toe in the water when he produced one example. Herpa and Phoenix years ago, produced a few in 200 and 400 scale. I have all of them including the Herpa Premium. So many left to be done.

Thrifty Car Rental
Stardust Casino (my absolute favorite)

You get the point.

Happy New Year

I like IF, but the KLM B743 that I have doesn't have swiveling main gear, nor are they removable.

Well Im impressed with their Hercules. Ive just got the RNZAF and US Navy Ski Herc and apart from some rather microscopic nit picking, they are very lovely models. Surprised no one seems to make much comment? I guess like a lot of people Im waiting for someone else to say something haha

Im going to get the all grey RNZAF Herc as well. Not really a fan of the opening cargo ramps, I mean scale wise and compared to the detail of the rest of the model they dont add anything. Just my opinion, some of you maybe love that feature.

Im a 1:400 collector for space, financial and selection of model reasons, but I just might add the odd 1:200 model that is either unavailable in 1:400 or is not very well modeled in that scale and is a very desired aircraft I want for my collection.

Hats off to Inflight, you do a lovely C130

I just wish they would take down the banner for the 2015 YYZ show.

I just picked up IF's KLM B744 KLM PH-BFU "Beijing"in the penultimate livery. It too doesn't have the removable gear, and in this case, no stand either. But I like mixing up the collection, some on stands(gear up/gear down), some on the ground etc.

I do have IF's KLM B773ER new livery on order and understand the triple wheel bogies tilt, and the gear are magnetic. I will sell my JCW version on fleabay.
